Everyone gives Terry a hard time because he has an own dinosaur phone but will not give it up. He was happy with it and it worked for him. But it started fading fast and he knew he was going to have to move on soon. My phone ended up breaking and we had to get me a new phone so he went with me and when he found out they had a android that was only $24 he was sold. He has finally moved into the data age with the rest of us. Although he would be perfectly content if his phone would of held out longer.
Duncan and his cute mom and dad
the 4 seniors
An awesome double that Duncan hit.
They make the players stay and clean up the field after each game so we would patiently wait while he did his job before we could congratulate him.
the family cheering Dixie on even at Snow Canyon.
Jor and Duncan after his senior night!
Supporting him up north in the playoffs!
We love having Danna do our hair. We all go together and get to visit while she does each one of our hair.
We having been needed a new car for probably over a year now but kept putting it off. For the last couple of months we have had more things that need repaired and after asking advice from some car people we trust (jake's dad Guy and Dad Losee) we decided the most practical thing to do was to put the money toward a new car instead of trying to prolong the life of the van. Jadyn had bought a new car in order to be able to drive back and forth up north for 3 weeks for her clinicals she had to do (another post) so she gave us back her little honda. We decided the only way we could afford a new car was to trade in the van and terry's passat (which was a little sad since we have had the van as long as Jantz has been alive). So I got a new car and Terry gets to drive Jadyn's (hopefully it will last at least 3 or 4 more years). We had gone on fri to look around and ended up finding one we really liked but didn't have time to test drive it so we went back the day before mothers day and ended up spending most of the day buying the car. I guess you could say that was my mothers day present this year. I love it and hope it lasts as long as the van did (12 1/2 years).
the girls and all their thoughtful notes and presents they made me!
We have had lots of banquets, awards ceremonies and concerts to end the year also.
Jaice received an letter in both girls soccer and track for her freshman year. She also recieved an award for having a gpa of 3.75 or higher!
Jantz had her final choir concert that I really actually enjoy going to they keep it to 30 mins and the songs are always fun and entertianing!
Besides baseball we have gone to lots of spring track meets:
Jantzyn also ran in the southern region track meet. She had come in first in her school track meet and we told her just to go try it and see how she did. It was fun watching her run her little heart out and come in first in the preliminaries.
