Girls night

Terry took Jadyn, Jaicelyn, and Jantzyn camping at the "Dirt Farm" with his family this weekend. Jorrin had to cheer at the last Dixie Rebel football game so she stayed home with me. We went shopping at Ross, Lowe's (for me), and TJ Max. Then we ate at Panda Express, got a snow cone, and watched Eclipse. It was a fun mother/daughter date and also gave me a chance to catch up on a few blogs, see below. Now I am off to get only myself ready for church. Happy Sunday.

Some friends of ours that we have known since we were going to school in Logan about 19 years ago came down to see the play at Tuacahn.. We met them Saturday for dessert at Krave and then went to the "Spinny or Dizzy" park for the girls to play. They also have 4 girls all around the same ages as ours, and it was so fun to just catch up and remember how much fun we have together. The older girls didn't like it so much especially when we started comparing cell phone rules and dating rules. It was a very fun night and it reminded us we need to make special effort to get together more often.

The Little Mermaid

One of the girls favorite things every summer is going to a Tuacahn play with Grandma and Grandpa Losee. This year it was Little Mermaid and it didn't dissapoint. Jadyn said it is right up there as one of her favorites. Jorrin and Jaice said it is their favorite and Jantzyn was just so excited to get to go for her first time that she loved every minute of it. Terry and I also love this night. We went to dinner at Texas Road House and had a yogurt at Krave and then came home and watched a movie to finish off our relaxing night together. I think the girls got home around 1:00, I fell asleep a little after midnight but Terry valiantly waited up for them.

As far as dance recital's go this one was to quote my mom "Excrutiating" to sit through. Jorrin was taking ballet at Southwest Contempary because Tia was teaching all her classes there, so I also put Jantzyn in a beginning combo class. During the year the Owner purchased another dance studio and since there aren't alot of classes other then modern at southwest they put the ballet classes at the beginning of this other studio's (not naming names because they were HORRIBLE) recital and Jantzyn's class was at the very end. I (nor anyone else from the family) was very happy about it, but Jorrin did so well and Jantzyn's dance was so cute I still wouldn't have missed having to sit for the 2 hours inbetween to see them. Next year they will both only be taking from Tia so I am glad this was only a one time thing. Also we decided to take our supposedly nicer camera so we could get closer pictures not knowing it had already eaten the batteries we just put in, so the pictures didn't tun out very well. Live and Learn.

Swim Lessons May 31st-June 9th

Since Terry has worked at the college I have been taking the younger girls to swimming lessons there. They have small classes (Jaice had 2 in her class and Jantzyn had 3) and they seem to learn alot. Jaice was in level 5 again this year for a refresher and Jantzyn began level 3.
