Disneyland

our other ride in toon town Roger Rabbit.

Another spin on Thunder Mt.

We only ended up riding Soaring Over California once but it was fun.

Jorrin doesn't like the feeling of dropping we were lucky to get her on Jumpin Jellyfish and she didn't even try Tower of Terror

Everyone liked Goofy's Flight School so we went on that a lot.

Terry took the girls (except Jadyn she likes those as much as Jor likes Tower of Terror) on the swings

Jantzyn riding King Tritans Carrousel while everyone else went on Screamin

One of the longer lines was Toy Story so we only rode that once, and jadyn and i had a contest sadly she won.

Lots of pictures while we waited in line.

Jantzyn was sooo happy finally she gets to ride Grizzly River. She loved it, we probably rode this ride 5 times a day too.

One happy girl!

Last time we went Terry and jacielyn got stuck. this time was no different they got stuck again.

We were smart and wore ponchos. Good thing too, we got soaked, but it was so fun, probably my favorite ride at California

Jorrin and jantzyn getting ready to go down the big hill backwards

What time is it? Disneyland time!

We used this as part of our reason for an "Educational Trip" they learned about De of the Dead.

They had mickey ears for every occasion ...even for Jor's B-day!

Loved this one

Christmas is coming for the bugs.

My tiny little man

Jadyn loves owls so she had to take this picture spot

RIDES

Somehow we got Jantzyn to go on Splash Mt 3 more times. She said she still didn't like it but she wanted to earn her toy.

our view from the top

Our last ride at Disneyland has become a tradition to ride the train for our last look

mixed emotions from our last night happy we still could hang out at California but sad to leave Disneyland behind.

What a fun Halloween Time we had at Disneyland

we spent our last few hours at California

Grizzly river in the dark... it was faster and funner.

Goodbye Disneyland...until next time

Saturday we let the girls sleep in, said goodbye to the hotel and headed to the beach

Our view of Disneyland from our hotel

Jorrin wearing her mickey hat she got for her souvenior. Jaice got a Tianna doll, Jantzyn got a thumper baby to go with her bambi she got last time, and Jadyn got a lanyard and a leather bracelet.

Terry loved the lime and lemon water they had at the hotel

the first time we have been to the beach when it is semi warm. We walked the pier and watched the Dolphins playing for about an hour before the 2 little girls got in the water.

watching the surfing competition going on.

Jaice and Jantz getting the nerve up to get in. the water was still cold

once they got in they loved it.

Jantzyn having fun. We also stopped and did a little shopping on the way home for Jor's B-day and we found a shirt Jadyn had been looking for but couldn't find in St. George. All in all one of the funnest trips we have taken. These are the times that make me sad to think my kids will be gone soon. It makes me realize how fast it goes and how much i treasure my family.

My b-day present

This year I had been wanting to see Little Mermaid at Tuachan. Everyone kept saying how good it was. So Terry got tickets on my B-day to see it. It was as good as everyone said. I loved it and loved being with my buddy.

Jorrin turns 15!

Jorrin had a relaxing Sunday b-day this year. We had just gotten back from Disneyland the night before so eveyone slept in and just vegged all day. My mom and dad came down for dinner since it was her B-day too. Then we had cheesecake and Jor opened her presents. On mon morning some of Jor's friends kidnapped her at 5:00 am for breakfast before they had dance practice and I took donuts for breakfast for the rest of the dance team to help her celebrate.

Jake tried to help her blow out the candles and ended up blowing all of them out for her.

She wanted a new mirror to hang on her door so i wrapped up the hardware to hang it. She was so funny when she opened it. You can tell by her face she is wondering "what the heck is this?" I brought out the mirror after so she would understand.

A new curling so she will stop taking mine to dance every morning.

Jorrin enjoying her loot. She also got clothes and jewelry.

Halloween 2011

Jantzyn was a very cute "little red riding hood" Jaice was a cute (not scary) pirate

AARRGGHH!

This year Jadyn and Jake went on a double date to "Thriller", Jorrin performed a halloween flash mob at the mall, and we had our yearly family halloween party. We ate dinner at Stacy's then went to the mall watch Jorrin and headed over to Robyn's to play games. Another fun halloween.

Some of Jadyn's friends were the zombies. That's why she is smiling instead of freaking out in this picture.

I didn't get very good pictures of Jor dancing my camera battery died just as the dance started.

Walking in the school halloween parade.

Jorrin and dance co.

Jorrin is loving dance co this year and it has helped her to come out of her shell a little. At parent teacher conferences last week we learned that during lab in science her and one of her best friends Jordan have been "planking" on the chairs and desks and practice their dances. The teacher had them together last year too, and said that they are quite the pair.

I promise they do practice too.

some of the girls that perfomed in the Homecoming dance "Color Me Wonderful"

The were also in the homecoming parade. It was windy and rainy that day too.

But they still had fun. They also sold refreshments at the powder puff game in the rain that night. She also came home soaking wet and frozen like Jadyn did from her soccer game the next night.

Jadyn's first girls choice dance

Last year Jadyn didn't want to go to a girls choice dance for her first dance so Sadies this year will be her first time asking a boy. She choose to ask Jake. She went with her friend Jenna and Jorrin to decorate his "beloved" truck while he was at work. The sign said out of all the ducks in the pond...rubber ducky you're the one....that will make Sadies lots of fun.... Then she put a letter from her name on the bottom of each duck.

That night when Jake got off Jadyn got a text from him saying that someone had put crap all over his truck and he was so mad...then a second later (but long enough to make her stress) he texted her that he was just kidding and loved it.

His answer back to her.

She is always one happy girl when she comes home to a decorated room, full of sparkles and roses.

More to come of the dance on Nov 19th....
