Our Merry Little Christmas 2012

Making our traditional Christmas Eve dinner.

Jadyn and Jorrin getting their good night snack.
 Small and simple this year.

This  year Jantzyn got what she wanted:  A LaLa Loopsy ds game, diary, more pj's, felt coloring picture, Reindeer webkinz (from Rudoph himself), and her big one from Santa was an American girl doll and a cute soccer outfit to go with it.

Jaicelyn also got everything she wanted: a polar bear webkinz, Epic mickey Wii game, make up clothes, a cookbook, and her big one that she didn't think she would get was and Ipod Touch from  Santa (good thing for him).

The two older girls were a lot harder to surprise this year.  One of Jorrin's favorite things she got was her "Hint of Lime" chips, she also was surprised with some new peacock room decorations, she got the clothes, scarves, iphone cover, and jewelry she wanted also.

Jadyn's big christmas present she begged to wear before Christmas but i took it and wrapped it up anyway...her Soccer State Chamionship ring.  She also got a few surprises:  some chocolate covered cherries (2 boxes), both Terry and I got some for her, some cute boots, earrings, and a ticket to a jazz game.  She also got lots of clothes.

Terry was very hard this year.  He got a cover for his (my) kindle, some new sunglasses that he can never seem to keep longer than a couple of weeks, and some new bbq tools, glove, and apron.  He also got a jazz ticket and some new clothes.

Everyone teases me because i try to be so oraganized when we first start un wrapping and I don't know why i try this is what it always ends up looking like.

We gave mom and Dad another calendar from all the families again this year.  That is the only thing they wanted.
We also did our traditionally walk around the temple.  I tried to get a good picture of everyone....
 nope.....
 still no...so i gave up.
at least Jantzyn posed for me.

We also did gingerbread houses.  I remembered why we don't do them very often.  My kids aren't patient enough to put them together.  But at least they had fun trying.

Jor had already given up by this time...I think Joe was the winner.
 He out lasted everyone.

 The end results...
 and Jorrin's...hahaha

It was a very relaxing break this time.  Terry took the two little girls on a hike on Sat. but other than that we stayed home and enjoyed being together.

Merry Christmas to all!
