Jaice preference 2017

It so sad but the day after one dance everyone starts asking for the next.  I told Jaice this and she didn't believe me until sunday (the day after junior prom) she saw on social media that girls were asking.  So she decided she better ask the person she wanted pretty quickly.  She new he loved the barrel rootbeer candy so we made up a cute saying and she hunted all over town to find them and got him asked on wed.

He answered her back so cute on sunday.

Preference was on saturday the 18th (during the presidents day holiday weekend).  Cole had baseball tournaments all day so instead of going on the group day date she went with his mom and a couple of friends and watched him play.

We had to head to mesquite so she got ready at her friend Aizy's house and Cole mom took some pictures of the two of them.

Then they headed to the parking garage in town and got their group pictures

After pictures they went to Cliffside to eat (Aizy's dad is over the restaurant and got them a great deal)  They had so much fun eating yummy food and enjoying their view.

They had a little time between dinner and the dance so they went to Danes house and played games, boxed each other (haha) and then headed to the dance.  She said they were the first ones there but they made it fun until more people came.  After the dance they went to Reagan's house and jumped on the tramp and had dessert before heading home.

Soccer, soccer, and more soccer!

The first weekend in February we had planned on Jaices team to be in a new local tourney (since they couldn't play in the Presidents cup this year) but I guess they needed more teams so they also invited Jantzyn's team to play too.  We then found out Teegan's team was coming down from Salt lake.  So when the times came we found they were all one right after each other each day so we tried to make it to all three kids games each day.  It was a fun weekend.  It was also Terry's bday weekend and he wouldn't have had it any other way then to watch soccer for his party!!!
Terry visiting with some of the other dads before Jantzyn's game.

Jaice had to ref in between her games.  One game was at the same time as Jantzyn's so she rode out with us.  It was so funny when I noticed she grabbed brown socks out of Terry's drawer instead of black.  Oh well it worked...haha!

Teegan has just come out for a breather so I sent this to Whit.

watching Teegans game in between jantzyn, jaice reffing, and the girls other games.

Jantzyn's team played some really hard teams from up north but they hung in most of the games.

Teeg in action.

Jaice's teams only ended up playing 2 out of their 3 games.  But they played very well in both games.

We had our second tourney of the month over Presidents day weekend.  All of the games this time were in Mesquite and it was just Jantzyn's team playing.  We had a game Thurs, Fri, and Saturday.  It was another very tough tourney both physically and mentally for the girls.  They also battled the rainy weather all weekend.  It was a frustrating weekend and they should have won 2 of their games but it just didn't go their way.   It was definitely a learning tourney for them.

The Real Lion Mascot was down at the tourney and got in the girls huddle before their games.  They loved it!

Other January happenings

We had Gma over for Dinner to celebrate her birthday!!

Took some more pictures of our always gorgeous view.

Terry finished the project (taken from Robyn) to  hold all the girls stuffed animals.

finished reorganizing the play room.

Made some Winter crafts

and Jantzyn chopped 4 inches off her hair.
