Back to School

Jantzyn is starting middle school this year and is in 8th grade.  She was soo nervous that she wouldn't like it and not have any friends in any of her classes.  But so far she found a friend in each class and has enjoyed her teachers and the A/B day schedule.

Jaice is a Junior this year and did have to go to school until noon on her first day.  I had already gone to work so her friend Aizy's mom took a picture and she sent it to me.  This year Jaice has some really fun classes but also has Chemistry that she is not excited about.  She keeps begging me to get her out of it.  But I know she can do it and will be fine.

Jorrin is moving to Provo and starting Esthetician school this year.   So the weekend of Aug 18th we all went up and helped her get moved in to her apt.  She will be living with her three friends from St. George.  Kenna, Ashley, and Sydney. Terry and Jake were huge helps building things and hanging things up for her.  While Jor and I figured out where to put all her clothes.  Her room turned out darling.  After we got done moving her in we headed to dinner and then grocery shopping for her. She did amazing at shopping and I know she will be okay on her own.  Sometimes I think this kid growing up thing is harder on me then them.

Jadyn and Jantzyn helped get her decorations and curtain up in the the bathroom.

Jaice was getting over a bad cold so this is as much help as we got from her.

Their front room will be decorated as soon as Ashley moves up in a week.

Lots of hugs saying goodbye.  I was very proud of myself though and didn't cry.

I was very impressed with the apartments.  They have a gym that's opened 24 hours, a pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and laundry room.

Jor pantry shelf and her awesome shopping haul!

Finishing up summer

We had a couple of really good thunderstorms this summer and Jantzyn wanted to make sure she could watch it without the worry of getting struck.  So this is what she came up with (cause flip flops are rubber..haha).

Jaice had a couple of really hard teams for their pre season and she started all of the games.  Which surprised even her.  But she/they did really well even beating the national champ Davis 2-1.

Loved having everyone there to cheer her on.  Jor came to as many as she could since she knew she wouldn't get to see her during the season.

We took my mom and dad to see Mama Mia. They had seen it up north in a indoor theater a couple of months ago and loved it.  But they said they like this one even better.  I don't know if it's just somehting about watching it outside and with all the extras they through in at Tuachan but it always just seems to be better there.  Terry and I loved it too.  I think it's one of the favorites i've seen.

Austin's family came down for a weekend and we had a fun time with the girls.  The new family history center was having their open house that weekend so we went through.  It was very cool and interactive.  I would love to go there again.

Staying at Austin's house when moving Jor up.  Graham found some shoes and made Terry help him go up the stair with them on.  He was so proud of himself for making up (Graham, not Terry...haha).

Jaicelyn woke up to find herself in a beautiful canopy!
