The rest of October

Jantz had her end of the semester choir concert.  It was actually really good and they sang very well.

Jantz made me this cute decoration for the kitchen.
Jor sent me flowers and wrote me a note.
We were so sad we had to miss cute little Jenna's baptism.  But we sent a note and a special present for her.

Halloween 2017
This year only Jantzyn dressed up and she went alone with her friends.  It's weird when you don't have little ones anymore.

She had practice on Halloween so she decided to dress up as a pumpkin (both cute and functional)

And since it was a busy night we love getting the $5.00 jack 0 lantern pizzas!

Finishing up Soccer season

The high school girls finished up their season by winning region and getting to the semi finals up north.  Jaice had an awesome Junior year playing.  She played most of each game and even started a couple of games.  She played in the semi final game and I don't think I've ever seen her play better/harder than she did in that game.  She gave it her all and we are so proud of the soccer player she has become as well as being proud of the women she is becoming.  She handles most of her trials with grace and seems more mature than a 17 year old (most of the time).  She had lots of photos taken by media people this year and it's been fun to see them.  Here are some more of her "spot light" pictures.

the family watching the girls give it their all.
I love these people more than anything.

Jantz also finished up her fall season as League Champ.  They won all their games except 1 and tied that game.  She has done a great job of being captain of the team and can't believe how much she has grown as a soccer player as well as a person from playing this game.

Jay and Jaice playing during half time.  Jay misses this game so much and uses any opportunity to touch the ball.
