We went with Jantzyn to her soccer year end banquet. She has really enjoyed this years high school season and learned a lot about sacrifice, team spirit, and support from not being able to play any varsity this year. My favorite part of the night was after the coach had given all the girls their varsity letter's he asked "is there anyone we missed?" and all the girls yelled "Jantzyn". He then said that they read in the rules and a talked to the athletic director and found out that even though she wasn't able to play in a varsity game, because of the hours she put in and the support she gave to the team they were still able to award her with her varsity letter. It was very special and we and the team were so happy for her!! Then to make it even more special she was also awarded the Mustang Award which was kind of like the all around best team mate award. And her best friend Emalee was awarded player of the year.
