Because Jantzyn placed 2nd in the 100 and 200 and 1st in the long jump, she was able to move on to the district level. Fri night was the 1st round, there were probably 7 heats with 7 or 8 girls in each heat. For the 100 and 200. Jantzyn ran her little heart out and placed 10th in the 100 and 7th in the 200. They take the top 8 and then have the finals on sat. She was also supposed to do the long jump sat. She decided she was happy with what she placed and that fri was enough for her. We are so proud of her for not knowing what to expect she did pretty dang good.
