Jaice was also one of 17 girls invited to go the varsity UVU soccer camp. She was very excited that she got invited. The camp was June 12-15. She rode up with Brent, Ashley, Sekada, and Daisy. The Monday they went up was freezing and none of them had brought any sweats. So Sekada came up with the idea to head to DI. Jaice found a very cute sweatshirt and pair of nike soccer pants for 8 bucks. Everyone else had awesome finds too. After, they headed to get some lunch and play their first game. The first night she felt a little discouraged because she didn't play as much as she thought she would. But Terry and I both gave her some pep talks and she felt better. The next couple days she ended up playing a lot more and had so much fun playing and hanging out with the girls. She roomed with Daisy, Rachel and Sekada and loved getting to know them better. They won all of their games but 1 against Alta. They also got have a little fun, going to the mall and playing "hot lava" with the girls and even Kunde. They watched Wonder Women and Jaice loved it. And on thurs after the camp they went to Seven Peaks. They were all exausted and didn't make it until 4:00 that the originally planned. Austin drove down and picked her up from Seven Peaks and took her their house to shower and wait for us to eat at JCW's. (to be continued in next post)
