When we say soccer is life we mean it. November was a soccer filled month for us. Jantzyn had 2 soccer tourmaments, we went to her coaches last college soccer game, and Jaice had a tournament too.
Jantzyn's team LOVE their coach. If she told them to jump off a cliff that it would help with soccer they would do it. haha! The parents also love her. So we all went and cheered her on for her last college game of her career. My family has also heard us rave about her and has enjoyed watching her coach Jantzyn and so they all came too. It was a fun family outing.
Also while Jor was down for thanksgiving she gave us all facials. It was fun and felt so good! We are loving having her use us as guinea pigs.
Jantzyn's first touranment was in Mesquite. The girls played 4 games lost one game and still came back and won the tournament.
The 2nd tournament was the thanksgiving one they do in St. George. The team decided they would rather play to ages up than play the same old teams we play and win every time. So they played in the high school bronze division. Every team they played (all but one was from up north) we high school freshman or sophmores. All the parents warned each of our girls that this was for experience and not to plan on winning. I think we had to eat our advice because our girls won every game they played except one and that was the championship game. We couldn't believe it. They played their hearts out and embarrassed some of the teams. They couldn't believe they were losing to 8th graders. We were so proud of our girls and how hard they played.
Jaice also played in the thanksgiving tournament. High school gold divison and won all their games. I think they won the championship game 6-0. But is was a good tournament to just get out and play.
We also got to watch another sport with feet. Jadyn and Jake are on a kickball league team so went and watched their game. They did awesome and looked like they had so much fun. Jaice has been playing with them for a couple games too and loves it. They ended up wining the league.
